Went running at night again.
This time it is...
Ran 11 rounds.
Brisk walk 3 rounds.
Ran one round my block.
Ran up the stairs to the 9th floor.
15 push ups inside my house.

Running is FREAKING GOOD.
Enough said.
I might be going swimming tomorrow.
I'm tired.
